What can cause this?

Payments can occasionally be declined or interrupted due to your bank, card issuer, 3D Secure verification, or the payment method being used.

If you were using Google Pay and your payment failed, please try again using your card directly rather than Google Pay. This often resolves the issue immediately.

You can also choose Fena Pay, our secure Open Banking payment option, for a fast and seamless bank transfer directly from your banking app.

What should I do?

If you used Google Pay, select card payment instead and enter your card details directly.

2. Try Fena Pay
For a smooth alternative, choose Fena Pay at checkout and pay securely through your bank.
